Terms and Conditions
1. Arrival and Departure. In order to prepare the apartment
between guests, we ask that you arrive after 2.00 pm, and depart by 10.00 am.
2. Cancellation by you.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation up to one month before arrival.
3. Cancellation by us. In the unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a complete
refund will be paid.
4. Party size. The number of persons and pets occupying the apartment must not exceed that
stated at the time of booking, unless previously agreed with us.
5. Pets. Well-behaved house-trained pets
are welcome, but no more than 2 dogs please. Pets must not be left unattended inside the apartment.
6. Access.
The owners and owners' representatives reserve the right
to have access to the apartment at all reasonable times, with prior notice wherever possible.
7. Risk. The owners
cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to the guest's property, or for personal injury, or damage to vehicles
which are parked at the guest's risk.
8. Cleanliness. The guests undertake to leave all furniture, fittings and effects in
the same condition as they were found. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.
9. Damage. All
breakages or damage must be notified immediately. The owners reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage
caused.
10. Acceptance. Paying a deposit signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
